Basketball Seasons End In Playoffs

Basketball Teams Headed To The Playoffs!

Both the Girl’s and Boy’s Varsity Basketball teams are headed to the post-season playoffs which begin this week! By virtue of a 3rd place Region finish, the Lady Wildcats will host Socastee on Tuesday the 13th at 6:00 PM.  The winner of this first round game will advance to play at Goose Creek on Friday

Olivia Breaks All-Time Scoring Record in Wildcat Win!

With 14 points Friday evening at Blythewood, Lexington junior Olivia Thompson became the top scorer in Lady Wildcat history.  Her current total of 1314 surpassed Erica Mayshar’s 1304.  Mayshar played from 2004-2007.  With the remainder of this season and her entire senior year to go, Olivia has a shot at Shaq Roland’s 1772 career points,

Cats Roll Past Timberwolves!

Lexington boys earned an important Region win on Tuesday evening as they outlasted White Knoll.  The Timberwolves kept it close in the early going, even taking the lead on three occasions but the Wildcats held them to just 16 points in the second half to close out the victory, 56-42.
