Ticket Procedures for Friday’s Home Football Opener

Girls Win Lake Murray Invitational; Boys Take Third

The Lexington Lady Wildcats ran away from a deep and talented field to win the Lake Murray Invitational.  Senior Sarae Rufener was 1st in a field of 162 competitors with a time of 19:04.  Eighth grader Lydia Metz took 3rd place in 19:19.  Lexington easily outdistanced the second place team, Riverside, by 58 points. Boys and Girls Repeat as County Champions!

On Tuesday night at Lexington, both the Boys and Girls Wildcat runners repeated as Lexington County Cross Country champions.  For the boys, it was their 13th in a row.  Zander Jeffcoat and Sarae Ruffener, both of Lexington won their races and captured the Lexington County individual titles.  Jeffcoat finished the boy’s race in 15:48.  Ruffener
