Big Monday For Wildcat Sports!

Last year, Lexington lost 2-1 in the Lower State Championship match.  The state is set for a rematch on Monday as the Warriors visit Wildcat stadium. The Wildcat Baseball and Softball teams competed in their respective Lower State Title series’ on Saturday and both suffered disappointing losses. Cats Defeat Trojans; Advance to 3rd Round!

In Round 2 of the 5A State tournament, Lexington easily handled James Island on the courts.  They advance to Round 3 where they will host Socastee on Thursday.  Socastee eliminated Summerville in their Round 2 match by a 4-3 final score. Playoff Win: Boy’s Soccer 3, Fort Dorchester 2!

In Round 1 of the 5A State Playoffs, Lexington stormed to a 3-0 lead and hung on at Fort Dorchester to win 3-2.  The victory allows the Wildcats to host a 2nd Round match on Thursday.  For the 4th time this season, they will face Spring Valley who upset Carolina Forest.  All 3 previous meetings
