Multiple Teams · 5A State Runners-Up!

After a nearly flawless performance in the 5A State Championship meet at the Colonial Life Arena, Wildcat Cheerleaders again brought home medals and a trophy.  They finished in the runner-up position, just 2 points out of the top spot in the field of 16 teams who qualified for the competition.

Dutch Fork repeated as champions and River Bluff took third place.  Other Region 5 teams in the competition were Blythewood (7th) and White Knoll (8th).

With another exciting season, Lexington Cheer continued their dominance on the mats as they now have achieved 2 state championships, 3 runner-ups, and 1 third place finish in the past 6 years.  Congratulations to Coach Shannon Canady and her team and good luck to the seniors.
