Coach LeaphartDamone Leaphart
Head Athletic Trainer and Physical Therapist

Coach Leaphart is in his 36th year as Head Athletic Trainer and Physical Therapist for Lexington High School.  He is a 1980 graduate of Newberry College.  He completed studies at MUSC in 1982, earning a degree in Physical Therapy.  Coach Leaphart and his wife Janis are members of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Gilbert and have two children, both graduates of Lexington High School.  A standout football player at both the high school and collegiate level, he is a member of the Lexington High School Athletic Hall of Fame.

Coach GreenleafChristopher Greenleaf
Athletic Trainer

Coach Greenleaf earned a bachelor’s degree from Charleston Southern University and a masters in Exercise Science from Middle Tennessee State.  He is an athletic trainer certified by the National Athletic Trainers Association.  Chris is also certified as a strength and conditioning specialist by the National Strength and Conditioning Association.  He, his wife Courtney, and son Kellen reside in Lexington.

HarmsChelsea Harms
Athletic Trainer

Coach Harms begins her first year with the Wildcats in 2017.  She is a graduate of Ridge View High School and served as a student athletic trainer aide for the Blazers.  Chelsea earned her Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training at Winthrop University.  She served as an athletic trainer for the past three years at Cardinal Gibbons High School in Raleigh, NC.  Coach Harms also teaches Sports Medicine at Lexington High School.
