The Lady Wildcats played the rescheduled Palmetto Preview at the Mid Carolina Club in Prosperity on Thursday. The tournament was flooded out by Hurricane Irma in September.
The course proved tough and the Wildcats suffered their first loss on the season, falling short by 1 stroke to St James shooting a team score of 306. Gracyn Burgess scored an even-par 73 and tied for 4th, earning a spot on the all-tournament team. Isabella Rawl carded 4 birdies and tied at 7th with a score of 75. Karlee Vardas scored a 78 and tied 15th and Molly Hardwick rounded out the team score with a 81 and tied 23rd. Kennedy Gooding shot 84 and tied 32nd. Bella Berganozzi played as an individual and scored a 98. Hannah Stephenson also played as an individual and shot a career best 77 to finish tied at 13th.

The Lady Wildcats play in the Regional qualifier on Monday at Ponderosa Country Club. Good luck Lady Wildcats!!
