Boys Race To Low Country Invitational Title!

The Lexington Boy’s Cross Country team traveled to Mullett Hall on John’s Island to defend their Low Country Invitational title.  They entered as the 2nd ranked team in the state and had an opportunity to compete against the top ranked Riverside Warriors.  The meet featured 46 teams and 371 runners.  In the end the Cats’ top 5 ran between 16:33 and 17:03, a performance that knocked off Riverside and again captured 1st place at Mullett Hall.

The overall individual winner was Patrick Spychalski of Wando, finishing in 15:46.  Lexington was led by senior Thomas Sutcliffe who crossed the line in 16:33.

The Wildcats are in action again this Saturday morning at home when they host the Run Hard Invitational.
